Cambodian Kickboxing — known as Pradal Serey — is one of Southeast Asia’s oldest and most effective striking arts, closely related to Muay Thai but with its own distinct flavor, emphasizing elbows, spinning techniques, and a unique rhythm. In this session filmed live at the Inosanto Academy, Guro Dan Inosanto explores Cambodian Kickboxing alongside the broader family of Southeast Asian kickboxing arts, revealing the connections and distinctions between these powerful striking systems.

An essential DVD for practitioners of Muay Thai, kickboxing, MMA, or anyone interested in the rich striking traditions of Southeast Asia.

A must-have for serious students of Southeast Asian striking arts and kickboxing.
