Dumog is the indigenous grappling and wrestling system of the Philippines — a close-range art focused on body manipulation, off-balancing, takedowns, and control that integrates seamlessly with the weapons and striking arts of Filipino Kali. In this session filmed live at the Inosanto Academy, Guro Dan Inosanto explores the core principles and techniques of Dumog, revealing how this often-overlooked art completes the Filipino martial arts system.

For practitioners of FMA, JKD, MMA, or any grappling art, Dumog offers a unique and highly practical set of tools for close-range combat.

A must-have for serious students of Filipino martial arts and grappling.
