Pangamut — the empty-hand striking system of Filipino Kali — is one of the most practical and street-effective fighting arts in the world. Also known as Panantukan or Filipino Dirty Boxing, it blends punches, elbows, shoulder strikes, limb destructions, and low-line kicks into a seamless, flowing system that transitions naturally from weapons to empty hands.

In this session filmed live at the Inosanto Academy, Guro Dan Inosanto breaks down the core concepts of Pangamut with the precision and depth that have made him one of the most sought-after instructors on the planet.

An essential DVD for practitioners of FMA, Kali, JKD, MMA, or anyone looking to add Filipino striking concepts to their game.

A must-have for serious students of Filipino martial arts and empty-hand combat.
