Abecedario and Contradas are among the most fundamental and sophisticated training methods in Filipino Kali — systematic striking patterns and counter-for-counter flow drills that develop timing, sensitivity, and the ability to respond instinctively under pressure. In this session filmed live at the Inosanto Academy, Guro Dan Inosanto breaks down these essential concepts with the clarity and depth that only decades of mastery can provide.

Whether you are new to FMA or a seasoned practitioner looking to sharpen your countering game, this DVD is an indispensable resource for your training library.

A must-have for serious students of Filipino Kali, Escrima, and Arnis.
